At Mulmul, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. Each piece must be returned in its original condition with all tags intact to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Mulmul account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original lace detailing and tags attached before repacking it in its original Mulmul box.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
